Research Interests
Mainly engaged in the fundamental research and device applications of two-dimensional electronic materials and their heterostructures. To date, published over 120 SCI-indexed papers with more than 6,500 SCI citations (excluding self-citations) and a Web of Science H-index of 44.

Position 1: Flexible Electronic Devices
Requirements:
a) Ph.D. degree obtained or to be obtained from a domestic or foreign university or research institution, with research foundation and experience in semiconductor materials, semiconductor devices, flexible electronic devices, 2D materials, etc.;
b) Published SCI papers as the first author in related fields;
c) Good ability to conduct independent scientific research and good teamwork awareness and communication skills;
d) Strong reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
Position 2: Two-Dimensional Electronic Materials
Requirements:
a) Ph.D. degree obtained or to be obtained from a domestic or foreign university or research institution, with research foundation and background in the synthesis and preparation of 2D materials, optical/optoelectronic properties, semiconductor devices, Raman spectroscopy, semiconductor physics, etc.;
b) Published SCI papers as the first author in related fields;
c) Good ability to conduct independent scientific research and good teamwork awareness and communication skills;
d) Strong reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
