Undertook more than 50 industry-university-research projects for the Ministry of Science and Technology, Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and large central enterprises; published over 70 academic papers; applied for/obtained nearly 10 invention patents.

Innovative applied scientific research achievements:

Successfully developed an integrated configurable industrial information monitoring, analysis, and control system, achieving networked big data collection, storage, analysis, and intelligent control.

Developed an LED lighting intelligent controller, achieving online fault diagnosis and adaptive dimming of streetlights, which has been promoted and applied in the industry.

Developed an intelligent control system platform, established a spatial illuminance ratio model, designed visual psychology lighting control strategies and adaptive illuminance distribution control methods, achieving visual efficacy and adaptive light environment adjustment in office environments.

Developed the first online hydrochloric acid mist monitoring and control system, filling a technological gap in online monitoring methods for hydrochloric acid mist emissions in the rolling production process of the domestic steel industry, widely promoted and applied.

Developed the first online monitoring and control system with independent intellectual property rights for strip deviation and buckling in furnaces, filling a technological gap in domestic online monitoring of strip deviation and buckling in furnace production, widely promoted and applied in the steel industry.

Developed the first 3D robot intelligent ear tag production system, which has been promoted and applied in the industry.
